The hotel is situated in the centre of Sandwich, an absolutely beautiful town, very near to the square & St Mary's arts centre. The rooms feature retained 'old fashioned' elements including sash windows, and the bed is nice and firm for a comfortable night's sleep. However, being on top of a pub might make it a bit noisy. The service provided by the friendly staffs is warm and welcoming, though the price could be a bit high for some. The dining options include delicious sausages with a vegetarian option, which is a nice touch, but cold meat might not be to everyone's taste.
